 op\, you’ll learn how to MIG weld steel scrap while exploring the basics
  of material prep and creative metalworking. Perfect for first-time welder
 s or anyone looking to experiment with artistic fabrication using reclaime
 d steel.\n\nWhat You’ll Learn\nMIG welding with steel scrap\n\nMaterial 
 cleaning &amp\; prep\n\nIntro grinding techniques\n\nBasic metal cutting\n
 \nSandblasting fundamentals\n\nSafe tool operation\n\nMake Something Uniqu
 e\nBring your own steel scrap or choose from the instructor’s materials.
 \nYou’ll cut\, grind\, weld\, and assemble your own scrap-steel art piec
 e with guided support throughout the class.\n\nSafety Requirements\nJeans 
 and a 100% cotton long-sleeve shirt or sweatshirt\n\nLeather work boots (r
 equired)\n\nNo loose or torn clothing\n\nNo polyester or synthetic fabrics
 \n\nBring your own PPE (welding helmet\, gloves\, safety glasses) if desir
 ed — PPE is also available at the shop\n\nImportant: Welding poses signi
 ficant risks to people with pacemakers due to electromagnetic interference
