SUMMARY:Intro to Woodworking for Women: Boxmaking and Machine Skills
DESCRIPTION:The class is 5 evenings (15 hours) starting Monday Oct 4\, week
 ly on Mondays from 7-10pm.\n\nClass fee is $210 for non members\, $190 for
  members. There is also a required materials fee of $40 paid upon registra
 tion.\nThe Class\nThis is a 5 week course. Only 4 participants are accepte
 d since this is an instructor intensive course. You will learn to use the 
 most common machines in woodworking--jointer\, planer\, tablesaw and jigs\
 , to build a splined mitred box. The project will address some of primary 
 concerns in wood working (wood movement and how to accommodate it).\n\nYou
  will leave with a project to be proud of.\n\nOnce you have successfully r
 egistered\, Martha will contact you on Slack to exchange payment informati
 on.\n\nNOTE: If you register for this and subsquently need to drop\, pleas
 e give the instructor as much warning as possible so she can arrange to fi
