SUMMARY:Introduction to bookbinding *members and public*
DESCRIPTION:This introductory class will cover the basics of making a simpl
 e 3-signature bound book. The students will be shown how to determine the 
 grain of the paper\, how to sew signatures\, how to assemble signatures in
 to a text block and how to create a board binding using chipboard. The stu
 dent will also learn what to use as an alternative to a bookpress.\n\nDate
