 ek before class.\n\nSafety: come with closed toed shoes and long hair tied
  back. No loose clothing or jewelry. If you have your own safety goggles y
 ou prefer please bring them. N95 mask or equivalent ARE REQUIRED and will 
 be provided by the instructor if you do not bring your own.\n\nAges 18+\n\
