This class is for individuals looking to learn the basics of wheel throwing. Students will learn centering clay, opening clay up on the wheel, as well as bringing walls up and taking the piece off the wheel. There will be demonstrations on mugs, bowls, vases, and plates. Students will have the opportunity to choose dip glazes or to use underglazes to finish their pieces. The cost includes clay, glaze, and all firings.
$275/person
2 minimum, 6 people maximum
Sundays 10am-12:30pm in the ceramics area.
