SCREEN PRINTING BASICS:
AREA OVERVIEW, EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATION, BRIEF INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE
Screen Printing Basics includes everything in Screen Printing Orientation plus provides brief instruction and practice with applying emulsion, using the exposure unit, applying ink and using the flash dryer.

SAFETY, WHAT TO WEAR
You may want to bring eye protection, gloves, earplugs and/or protective earmuffs. Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting stained.

BRIEF INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE
1. How to apply emulsion and practice
2. How to use exposure unit (demo only)
3. Practice applying ink to fabric
4. Practice using temperature gun and flash unit

It would be nice to learn a bit about everyone and their Bodgery and screen printing interests. If you have any samples of previous screen printing projects or artwork that you’d like to screen print, please feel free to bring them along to share with the group.
