Description: Sewing can be hard and expensive, but it doesn’t have to be. Let’s do things cheap and easy and make a Rectangle Top from Sewing Therapy using upcycled textiles (blankets, sheets, swaddle blankets, curtains, any piece that’s got around a yard and a half of fabric). Pattern is included in the cost of the class- and luckily enough- you don’t have to print out pattern pieces because this pattern includes the sizes of rectangles you need to cut right in the instructions. We’ll be making View C which is the long sleeve version- at the end of class you’ll feel confident to make the other two versions on your own (holiday gifts???). Bodgery class sewing machines can be provided for those who do not have their own sewing machine. Please email Bridget if you need a machine.

Refund policy: Full refund given if canceled at least 1 week before class starts
Safety: Appropriate clothing- no billowy long sleeves that you can’t control from getting into the sewing machine.
Age group: Anyone that can follow directions and thread a sewing machine on their own
Minimum and maximum students in the class : Minimum 4, Maximum 8
Tool area being used. Computer Classroom, Singer sewing machines (if needed for students)
