In this class students will hand fabricate a sterling silver ring with a hammered texture. This is a beginner friendly class, no previous metalsmithing experience required.
CLASS GOALS
-Learn basic chasing hammer technique
-Learn to measure ring size and translate to metal
(Jewelers saw Basics demo)
-Use of needle files + sandpaper
-Soldering basics
-Polish on buffing wheels

$90 / person, materials included.
Refund available up until one week before class.
Safety: come with closed toed shoes and long hair tied back. No loose clothing or jewelry. If you have your own safety goggles you prefer please bring them. N95 mask or equivalent ARE REQUIRED and will be provided by the instructor if you do not bring your own.

Minimum 2 students, maximum 4.
