This 4-week beginner’s pottery course will teach you how to throw on the wheel. In this class, you will learn how to make a piece on the wheel from start to finish. This includes the basics of working with clay, setting up a pottery wheel, centering, throwing forms such as mugs, bowls, and plates and will conclude with firing and glazing. No experience necessary. Practice outside of class will be necessary to become proficient. This will also count as the area check-off for reserving time on the wheel.
Cost and refund policy: $160 for the 4-week course. Refund with cancelation notice within 48 hours prior to the first class. The cost of clay and finished pieces are included in the class fee.

Members only, 2-6 students (2 students needed to run class)
