Making a knife handle that suits your hand will bring you to use that knife more often. We’ll handle stainless steel Damascus blades, and shape them to fit more comfortably. I’ll provide the blade blanks, hardwood scales (from local woods), epoxy and pins. If you have some picturesque lumber you’d prefer to use (or perhaps a sentimental piece), reach out-I’ll give you the minimum size we need to work with;

date: 26 Nov 2-6pm $95; refunds available til 1November;
please bring/wear safety glasses, close toed shoes, and hearing protection if desired.
class is open to 3 students, 2 minimum; Class will be held in the Shop Classroom (at the back of the woodshop). We will be using the drill press, beltsander, rasps, sandpaper and a bandsaw. Woodshop training (orientation at Bodgery woodshop) is preferable, but not necessary.

Non members: please arrive at least 5 minutes early so the instructor can allow you inside our Building which is locked 24/7. Thank you.
